City of Centerton issued the following announcement on June 21.
I wanted to go over the rules for fireworks in the City of Centerton, and I also wanted to share some safety tips with you so we can all have a fun and eventful holiday.
First of all it is legal to sell fireworks now until July 5th and you will start to see fireworks stands popping up. You can only discharge fireworks in the City of Centerton from July 1 until July 4th from 8am to 11pm.
Also on July 4th the First Baptist Church Centerton, AR will be hosting their Annual Fourth Fest starting at 7pm at 351 West Centerton Blvd.
This is a free event and everyone is welcome, there will be lots of activities and free food. Also when it gets dark Fire Chief Matthew Thompson and his crew from the Centerton Fire Department will be presenting a awesome fireworks show.
Please bring your lawn chairs and such and let's all have a great time.
Thanks Mayor Bill
