CITY OF GRAVETTE: Gravette Wildlife Observation Trail

Nature

City of Gravette issued the following announcement on June 2.

Did you know Gravette has a wildlife observation trail?

This 3/8-mile walking trail is located at the south end of Pop Allum Park ballfields and parking is available at the trailhead.

Bird houses and natural habitat throughout the area make it an ideal spot for bird watching.

Common species found in the area include brown thrasher, downy woodpecker, eastern bluebird, northern cardinal, red-tailed hawk, and turkey vulture.
