On March 3, 2025, Rep. Womack expressed his condolences to the Diaz-Balart family following the passing of a person named Lincoln. He described Lincoln as "a friend and a great man dedicated to serving our nation." "Extending my deepest condolences to the Diaz-Balart family as they mourn his passing."

The following day, March 4, 2025, Rep. Womack shared details about a meeting with HUD Secretary Turner. As Chairman of the Transportation, Housing and Urban Development Subcommittee on House Appropriations Committee, he stated their intention to collaborate on addressing housing needs both in Arkansas’ 3rd district and nationwide. Later that day, Rep. Womack voiced his support for legislation aimed at balancing Second Amendment rights with measures against criminal activities involving firearms. He announced his role as an original cosponsor of a bill by Rep. Rutherford intended to increase penalties for crimes targeting Federal Firearm Licensee dealers.
