On February 7, 2025, Rep. Womack announced his meeting with Jared Wiley, the new Director of the Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT). In his tweet, he expressed satisfaction in discussing the partnership between ARDOT and his role as Chairman of the Transportation, Housing and Urban Development Subcommittee. Later that day, Rep. Womack addressed energy policy by supporting legislation aimed at boosting domestic energy production through fracking. He emphasized that utilizing all available tools would lower energy prices and enhance economic growth in America. "Using all tools at our disposal, including fracking, results in lower energy prices for families and workers, boosts economic growth, and improves quality of life for Americans." He stated pride in voting for this significant legislation.

On February 9, 2025, Rep. Womack invited constituents to participate in a Telephone Town Hall scheduled for Tuesday evening. He promised an update from Washington D.C., along with an opportunity for attendees to ask questions directly by calling a designated number at a specified time.
