Congrats to BWHS Culinary for taking FIRST place at Thaden School's "Food that Unites" competition! Ivette Garcia, Josiah Tittel, Mallory Marrs, and Shamarian Lafears impressed with their menu. A crostini with goat cheese, fig jam, and caramelized onion; romaine salad with artichoke hearts, hearts of palm, bacon, and an onion vinaigrette; a Hungarian mushroom soup, a pan seared filet with brown butter sweet potato puree', and a Bourbon Pecan Pie Icecream rounded out the menu!!
