PC of Bella Vista Presbyterian Church issued the following announcement on April 3.
April is National Child Abuse Prevention month and we want to promote awareness within our community. During the month of April, pinwheels will be displayed on the lawn of PCBV as a visible show of support for keeping children safe. Pinwheels are a happy, uplifting symbol of childhood and are the national symbol for child abuse prevention which focuses on positive efforts to ensure that all children have the safe, stable, nurturing families they deserve.
