Siloam Springs Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Feb. 26.
In Northwest Arkansas, you never know who you’ll bump into at a meeting! Chamber president Arthur Hulbert got sit with with Alice Walton at a luncheon in Bentonville.
Alice was warm and friendly and talked about her fond memories of going to camp in Siloam Springs as a little girl on the Illinois River.
