Alleyna Rushing, former Bentonville High School softball player will compete with her collegiate team for the NCAA D2 Softball Championship

Former Bentonville High School player and current Pittsburg State Gorillas outfielder, Alleyna Rushing, will compete in the NCAA D2 Softball Championship Tournament.

They begin the tournament as a number one seed against the eighth seeded Southern Arkansas Lady Muleriders.

The first game is on Thursday, May 9.
