After I spoke to one of the managers last night they did send a truck out this morning, I gave them a list of all the ones I have been made aware of on missed pickups. They did pickup Big Sky, The Pines, Beckett Farms, part of Hilldale and then apparently left without getting the rest. I did make them aware of the missed pickups I was advised of.

I reached out again this morning and they said they would have someone come back, as of yet I don’t believe they have been back however if you are in one of these areas listed below please let me know if they get it today.

Orchard Park and Hilldale subdivisions, Morningside and Forest Drive, Huber Road, Edgewood Road, Fern Street, Brimwood Drive, Walters Road Greenstone Drive and Lost Oak Roads were not picked up.

In Sienna if your trash was missed please contact them at 479-361-4200 as they collected but a few.

Also just a reminder Fridays recycle will be picked up Monday and all service should be back to normal this week.

I am hoping to get this resolved asap as this is unacceptable.
