Have you heard of Draft Day NWA?
High School students from Rogers and Springdale will register to attend and take a career skills/interest assessment. That data is collected and shared with participating employers. Seniors who take the assessment will also take resume writing and mock interview workshops. The days of the event, underclassmen will be able to explore the career fair while the seniors will participate in live interviews.
Workforce development is still the most pressing issue for our members of all sizes. This differs from a normal career fair because employers will be able to interview only candidates with aligned skills and/or interest in their business type.
