CITY OF GRAVETTE: Gravette Christmas Parade to be held Dec. 4, 2022

The City of Gravette will host its annual Christmas parade on Saturday, December 3, 2022, at 4:30 PM. The theme for this year's parade is 'A Holly Jolly Christmas'. Those interested in joining the parade as a participant can find the entry form online at https://www.gravettear.com/christmas-parade. Trophies will be awarded for the most festive entry, best use of Christmas lights, and best use of the theme. Winners will be announced during the museum open house.Prior to the Christmas parade, the Gravette Public Library will host an Open House beginning at 4:00 p.m. Hot cider, along with cookies baked by the Jolly Good Times Extension Homemakers Club, will be served by the Friends of the Gravette Public Library. Guests are invited to explore the library and learn more about signing up for a library card.

Following the Christmas parade, the Gravette Historical Museum will host its annual holiday open house on the museum grounds. The Historic Kindley Home and the Museum Annex will be open for guests to tour and the museum will be serving hot chocolate and cookies. Santa will be available for free pictures. The fire department and police department will battle it out in the police versus fire chili cook-off.
