Siloam Springs Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on June 30.

Last Saturday Miss Dogwood Ebony Mitchell became the 1st Miss Dogwood to be crowned Miss Arkansas! The Harrison native also received her Master’s of Health Administration from John Brown University this past May! She was the emcee of our Dogwood Festival Pageant this year, and made an appearance in the 2021 Siloam Springs Christmas Parade! She will be headed to the Miss America pageant in December!

Congratulations, Ebony, and thank you for being a part of our Festival and representing our community!
