City of Centerton issued the following announcement on May 12.
A position is open on the Centerton Planning Commission to serve until June 30, 2025; after which, the position may be extended for a 3-year term. The City of Centerton is accepting applications until Friday June 3,2021 (5:00 PM). Applicant must live within the incorporated city limits or planning area of the City of Centerton. Regular meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday at 6:00 PM of each month with compensation pay of $150 per meeting. Applicants will be interviewed by the Mayor, Planning Director, and Planning Commission Chairman, or their designees. The Mayor will present recommendation to the City Council for appointment to the Commission.
