City of Bentonville recently issued the following announcement.
Welcome Back to the Square 2 Square Bike Ride! We look forward to offering both in-person and virtual ride options for the 2022 Spring and Fall Square 2 Square Bike Rides. As an alternative to in-person, a virtual ride option will be offered over the period of a month. With the goals of providing an event for new people on bikes, promoting safe riding, showcasing the Razorback Greenway, and supporting our neighbors, S2S has choices for you! May 7, 2022 - Fayetteville 2 Bentonville
October 8, 2022 - Bentonville 2 Fayetteville
The Spring ride begins in Fayetteville and will end in Bentonville.
WHEN: Saturday, May 7, 2022
WHERE: Fayetteville to Bentonville (via the Razorback Greenway)
START: Walker Park in Fayetteville (10 W 15th St)
FINISH: Downtown Bentonville
The virtual ride will take place May 1-31, 2022, when weather is at its best for cycling! Participants can complete their virtual ride at any point during this time frame. Participant packets will be available during the traditional packet pick-up with finisher medals available to those who registered for the virtual ride.
In addition to the traditional 30 mile course along the Razorback Greenway, from Fayetteville to Bentonville, the virtual ride will feature a 15 mile option. Make your ride planning easy, whether it be starting in the north or in the south, riding point to point or round trip. Our S2S vision is to enable you to enjoy the journey on the Razorback Greenway on your own.

Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers needed to assist with various duties including course marking, course monitoring, event set up, event clean up, participant check in, bike valet, etc.
