City of Bentonville issued the following announcement on Jan. 24.
The City of Bentonville is searching for residents interested in serving on the Public Art Advisory Committee. This City Council appointed board serves in an advisory capacity to the Mayor, City Staff and City Council on policy matters pertaining to public art. Applicants must live in the corporate limits of Bentonville, be a registered voter and able to attend regularly scheduled meetings and occasional special meetings. Qualified applicants are art professionals, such as curators, art critics, art historians, art collectors, art fabricators, architects, landscape architects, architects, interior designers, art educators, and graphic designers.
