Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce recently issued the following announcement.

Cashflow is one of the most important aspects of running a small business and poor cashflow management can have serious impacts on managing your business day-to-day. Whether you are just starting a business, thinking about starting one, or are a long-term established business, cashflow management is vital to keep your business running smoothly and successfully.

This seminar will teach you about the importance of cashflow management as well as provide guidance on best practices to help ensure your start-up or existing business is on the road to success.

About the Speaker:

Robin Simpson is Community Bank President at BancorpSouth in Rogers. Her banking career has focused on commercial lending and business services, since 2002. She previously worked as a Registered Investment Advisor for BancorpSouth Investment Services, managing her market’s retail investment area. Robin has worked for BancorpSouth for more than 20 years and has taught classes on a wide-range of banking, investment, sales and finance subjects in both public seminar and private meeting formats.

Robin holds a diploma from the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University where she served her peers as Class President. She earned a degree in Financial Management from the University of Arkansas where she was named “Outstanding Student in Finance” and was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, a nationwide honor society.

Robin volunteers for United Way of Northwest Arkansas, serves on the Community Investment Committee and has served as a member of the Alumni Advisory Council for the Graduate School of Banking at LSU.
