CITY OF CENTERTON: Halloween Safety Tips

City of Centerton issued the following announcement on October 31.

Happy Halloween in Centerton USA, it appears we are going to have a nice day today, I wanted to share some Halloween Safety tips,and also some guidelines for truck or treating.

First of all door to door treats should be from 5:30pm to around 9pm, if you are wanting to give candy out please put your porch light on and trick or treaters please go to the homes with porch lights on.

There are 4 events today to visit while out and about first of all Reach Church located at 900 West Centerton Blvd, will be hosting a Trunk or Treat event from 6-8 pm, stop on by for some treats.

Next come to Beckendale Plaza located in the 400 block of West Centerton Blvd to Candy Land hosted by K'Zolis Little Oven-NWA and Christian Life Center of Centerton, AR, come on by for some awesome food and treats, I understand K’Zolls will also be open for your food needs, this will take place from 3:30-5:30 pm.

Next door is First Baptist Church Centerton, AR located at 351 West Centerton Blvd for their Annual Fall Festival from 5-7 pm, they will have free food, candy and games and all activities will be outdoors.

Finally stop by the Centerton Fire Department located at 755 West Centerton Blvd from 6-9 pm for candy and meet your fireman and also the ambulance staff from Northwest Hospital EMS and check out the awesome equipment our community has.

Also the Centerton Police Department will be out in full force to keep everyone safe.

I wanted to say thank you to all of the local businesses and others who hosted events the past several days everyone has had fun.
