St. Mary Church - Siloam Springs issued the following announcement on Sept. 26.
The annual local observance of the National Life Chain will be on Sunday, October 3, from 1pm-2pm, on Highway 412 East, in front of St. Mary’s Catholic Church. This a silent vigil designed to draw attention to the impact of legalized abortion and to understand the impact it is having on our Country. Churches are urged to announce and promote the event, and all persons are invited to stand prayerfully for one hour, holding signs to impact passing motorists. Signs will be provided. Participants will gather in the parking lot of St. Mary Church and will stand safely away from the edge of the highway.
