Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Sept. 13.
The Rogers-Lowell Area is a great place to experience an amazing range of historical sites. Numerous museums and parks bring alive the past in exciting ways. Both Walmart and Daisy Manufacturing have their roots in Rogers, creating hundreds of local jobs throughout Northwest Arkansas. Walmart generates millions of dollars in sales tax, which helps to fund local infrastructure and community needs, and gives back to its community, providing millions of dollars annually to local charitable organizations. The The Rogers Daisy Airgun Museum is home to the world’s largest collection of antique airguns, BB guns and commemorative rifles.
