On Saturday, March 29, former Bentonville West High School standout Laynee Tapp’s current college team, the McKendree Bearcats, lost 4-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Maryville Saints.
The game took place at Maryville Softball Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Saints this season.
The Bearcats’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 12 p.m. at UIS Softball Complex against UIS Prairie Stars.
