On Monday, April 7, former Bentonville High School standout Trista Peterson’s current college team, the Pittsburg State Gorillas, won 5-3 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Northwest Missouri State Bearcats.
The game took place at PSU Softball Field. This was their second matchup against the Bearcats this season.
The Gorillas’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 8 at 1 p.m. at PSU Softball Field against Missouri Western Griffons.
