On Tuesday, April 8, former Bentonville High School standout Trista Peterson’s current college team, the Pittsburg State Gorillas, won 5-4 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Missouri Western Griffons.
The game took place at PSU Softball Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Griffons this season.
The Gorillas’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 11 at 12 p.m. at RiverHawks Park against Northeastern State Riverhawks.
