On Thursday, May 15, former Bentonville High School standout JJ Spafford’s current collegiate team the Pittsburg State Gorillas lost 18-5 against the Henderson State Reddies in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship.

The game took place at ISG Field at 2 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Henderson State Reddies in the tournament.

The Pittsburg State Gorillas’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 17 at 4 p.m. at ISG Field.
