On Saturday, March 29, former Bentonville High School standout JJ Spafford’s current college team, the Pittsburg State Gorillas, won 14-4 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Northeastern State Riverhawks.

The game took place at Al Ortolani Field. This was their second matchup against the Riverhawks this season.

The Gorillas’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 30 at 1 p.m. at Al Ortolani Field against Northeastern State Riverhawks.
